House in Yarraville was completed in 2023 and is located in the heart of Yarraville, Victoria.

The Edwardian external features have been reinstated, while the interior has undergone a full refurbishment to suit contemporary family living. A new addition was made to allow for a larger footprint, accommodating a growing family. The new addition forms a central east-facing courtyard at the transition between the old and new sections, creating a clear and cohesive bridge between the social and private areas of the building design.

The existing home was re-clad and painted to address the poor thermal efficiency of the 110-year-old building, while the addition features natural weathered timber cladding and metal cladding, both designed to require minimal maintenance over their lifespan.
